Position: Lubrication Products Sales Engineer

Location: Jamshedpur, Mumbai, Jaipur, Raipur, Nagpur

Job Summary:
As a Lubrication Products Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting lubrication products to clients in various industries. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their lubrication needs, and offer effective solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with the sales team, engineers, and technical experts to provide excellent customer service and appropriate solutions to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote lubrication products and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify potential customers and generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their lubrication needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
4. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of lubrication products.
5. Collaborate with engineers and technical experts to provide customized solutions to customers, addressing specific lubrication challenges and requirements.
6. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
7. Follow up on sales leads and inquiries promptly, providing necessary information and support to convert leads into sales.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to effectively position and differentiate lubrication products in the market.
9. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry developments.
10. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
2. Proven experience 3 years or more in technical sales, preferably in lubrication products or related industrial products.
3. Strong understanding of lubrication principles, applications, and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and work effectively in a team.
5. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and close sales deals.
6. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
8. Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as required.
9. Travelling to client places is part of the job role.
10. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
