At TTI, we offer PowerGuard™ High-Capacity Housings made from 304 Stainless Steel and available in 18” or 36” lengths. These filter housings exceed the quality and service life of many of the carbon steel, powder-coated housings on the market – they are robust and rust-proof, and include features such as multiple gauge port options on the inlet and outlet connections, a threaded and secure element hold down, and multiple sized in-line connections.
These housings also feature a safe, stay-open, ergonomic lid design for the safety of maintenance professionals. In addition, the housings are built to accept the most efficient elements with the highest dirt holding capacity in the industry.

Simplex and Duplex Housings
TTI’s PowerGuard™ Simplex and Duplex Housing line is manufactured in Germany with premium German components and assembled in the United States. TTI has leveraged the 58 years of Hydraulic component manufacturing expertise of FG Industrial Filtration (formerly Mahle) to deliver the PowerGuard™ product line to the North American marketplace.
All TTI Simplex and Duplex Housings are available standard with a bypass valve, visual indicator, SAE connections and produced to be highly serviceable. The TTI hydraulic and lubrication filter housing line provides the versatility for intermittent or continuous flow operations while offering a range of flow and pressure ratings.
TTHH626 HOUSING
The PowerGuard™ TTHH626 High-Capacity Housing consists of 304 stainless steel construction. For purposes of mitigating bypass, the unit has a double knife edge seal of both the bottom housing cup and hold down plate. On the lid, a hinge block offers an effective and safe way to remove and replace filter elements. This housing unit also includes two ports on the outlet and inlet of the housing to handle sampling and differential gauges.
TTHH107 HOUSING
The PowerGuard™ TTHH107 High-Capacity Housing consists of 304 stainless steel construction. For purposes of maximum bypass control, the unit utilizes a coreless element with an integrated bypass. On the lid, a hinge block offers an effective and safe way to remove and replace filter elements. This housing unit also includes two ports on the outlet and inlet of the housing to handle sampling and differential gauges.
